Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship to eligible United States addresses available at checkout.

Economy shipping is free for eligible orders of US$1.00 or more, as calculated at checkout. Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. If there is a difference between this policy and the options shown for a specific order, the checkout options for that order will apply.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after order and payment verification. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During holidays, peak periods, inventory reviews, payment verification, or other unusual circumstances, processing may take longer.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After an order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak periods, address issues, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship an order within the time represented when it was placed, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a delay or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. If you need to request an address change, contact support@miniflytoys.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or has not arrived within the carrier’s estimated delivery window, contact support@miniflytoys.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps.
